Build a map by gmmaping using hokuyo and IMU

the gmapping requires laserscan and odometry to build a map
can i generate the odometry by IMU and how ???

Hi abdelkrim.

Of course is possible, but this use case is still under development. We will present it in the near future. You can do it yourself by changing little a bit code uploaded on CORE2 (mostly type of messages) and parameters of proper nodes.
