Hi,
start with ./flash_firmaware.sh (if you encounter any error please send that to me ) then try to run same tutorials.
Let me know if everything works.

Hi,
Finally after reinstalling, the ROSbot is moving successfully from the same tutorial which has already been suggested by you. Hence the issue has been resolved.
