A problem in battery charging

When I enter the LiPo CHARGE mode with 1.5A and 11.1V. After I press the start/enter button, during the battery check process, it consistently shows “low voltage” warning without charging the ROSbot. How can I solve this problem? Thanks

This happened to me when the battery was empty and the switch was turned on. Turning it off helped.

Hi,

Xander is absolutely right, it helps almost every time, but If you will still have this issue after switching it to off position, please measure voltage of each battery. It will give us some information about where the problem is.
