[Closed] OpenManipulatorX and RosbotXL Gripper issue

I have been following ROSbot XL with OpenMANIPULATOR-X documentation, I am able to do everything but when I try to move the gripper through rviz I get the message that the execution failed.

When I try it with a logitech F710 Controller, I am able to move everything but the gripper.
