Factory reset of the CORE2

Hi,

I’ve been struggling for few hours with successful reset of the CORE2.

I powered up the board after few months and i wasn’t able to connect to it on the husarion cloud (I tried all 3 methods). After several tries i decided to upload the new raspberry image and bootloader. But that didn’t help either.

Now when i try to connect to the husarion cloud using hConfig app, it fails. Because powering up the board while holding the hCfg does not cause the flashing of LR1 and LR2 diodes. They are always off - doesn’t matter how long i hold he hCfg button.

I also observed that diodes L2 and L3 are flashing and this is probably some test program i have uploaded the last time.

Is there any way to perform the complete factory reset on the CORE? To make sure that the board is like straight out of the box and ready to be configured e.g. by hConfig app?.

We have switched firmware for our devices from hFramework to MBED as stated in the announcement.

Change in firmware was accompanied with according updates in images.

One of the key changes was that we stopped support for cloud in new image.
It is still possible to use cloud, but it will require archive version of image.
