I bought a husarion core 2 board. Is there any simple way to download template project for that board from the level of STM32CubeIDE ?
To start coding and checking basics like led flashing or uart communication.
I found versions for VS Code and Mbed Studio only.

we are not selling CORE 2 for over 2 years and we are not actively supporting it.
At this point I can suggest you looking at our repository with firmware for ROSbot:
Even though it is written using platformio and mbed firmware it could be a useful source of information for you.
Also, may I ask you where you bought this board?
