I have ros running on docker image on windows, and then I want to install rplidar on this ros. I try to install rplidar using “sudo apt install ros-melodic-rplidar”, but I am getting an error, unable to locate package ros-melodic-rplidar. How to install rplidar on a new instance of ros.
