New ROSbot 2.0 cannot be turned on correctly

Hi!

I have received my ROSbot 2.0 Pro, but I countered a problem while using it. I tried to turn it on but the LED1 is not on, I thought maybe it is because the battery is out of charge. But when I try to charge it, the energy storage keeps “00000” and “00001” all the time. Does that mean I need to change the backup battery? Thanks.

Hi han,

Please try to turn on ROSbot using DC power input placed on rear panel and power supply include with robot instead of batteries (you have to remove batteries, just to be sure). LED1 should be on or blinking every time ON-OFF switch is in ON position, otherwise, it may indicate a power problem.

Please check it and let me know the results.
