To solve it I would like to reinstall the built-in computer system.
The “ROS 2 Humble” download link in Operating System Reinstallation | Husarion downloads a ROS2 Jazzy Image.
Do you have a recent ROS2 Humble image?

On the site Operating System Reinstallation | Husarion there is image based on newer Ubuntu 24.04, which solve one of our boot problem. However inside this image we still use ROS 2 Humble driver inside Docker container. So do not hesitate and try reinstall image if there is any problem with driver, or you just want to use the latest release.

I am currently experiencing an issue with the Panther built-in Raspberry Pi image.
I have tried flashing the Panther 1 image from the official Husarion website multiple times using different SD cards and different flashing tools. I tried both Raspberry Pi Imager and Balena Etcher, which is the flasher recommended on the official page.
The flashing process itself completes successfully without any errors on Raspberry Pi Imager, but when I used Balena Etcher, I got the following error: “Something went wrong. If it is a compressed image, please check that the archive is not corrupted. The writer process ended unexpectedly.”
However, when we boot the Raspberry Pi using the flashed SD card, which meets the specs (32 GB, 10 speed), the system hangs on a weird colored screen and does not proceed. We waited for more than 30 minutes, but the system did not boot.
We also tested other images on the same SD cards. When we flashed an image from the Raspberry Pi software page (link: https://husarion.com/software/os/installation/), it booted successfully, which indicates that the SD cards and Raspberry Pi hardware are functioning properly. However, that image is not the Panther system and therefore cannot be used for our application.
To summarize, we have tried:
Multiple SD cards
Multiple Panther/image files
Raspberry Pi Imager
Balena Etcher
Repeated flashing and boot attempts
The Panther image from the official page consistently results in the system hanging during boot.
Could you please advise us on the recommended next step? Also, could you please verify whether the Panther image currently available on the official website is complete and not corrupted (link:https://husarion.com/manuals/panther/operating-system-reinstallation/#built-in-computer )?
Note: we are using ROS 2 Jazzy.
