ROS melodic


I’m a beginner in ROS. So, I’ve found your ROS tutorial that also allows to simulate the ROSbot in Gazebo. With this in mind, I would like to know if ROSbot is compatible with ROS melodic (I’m using Ubuntu 18.04).

Currently, ROSbots are provided with ROS Kinetic on Ubuntu 16.04.
For Ubuntu 18.04, it is possible to connect with ROSbot through SSH or Remote Desktop.
You will be able to complete all our tutorials.

You will encounter limitations, when you would wish to launch nodes both on laptop and ROSbot.
