RosbotXL Cooling fan and RGB LEDs not functioning

Hi,
The fan that is mounted inside the RosbotXL is not turning on, even when the CPU reaches hot temps.
Also the programmable RGB LEDs around the robot never turn on.
I’ve checked their cables for proper connections.
