[Solved] Core2 died?

Our Rosbot 2 Pro stopped working. No lights, no boot, not on batteries, not on external power.
After opening the robot I found that the problem may be in the Core2 board: no leds, 12.5V is present, No 5V present on the board. Is the 5V created on the core2 (onboard dc/dc converter) or external?
Is there any way to check if the problem is in the Core2 board or caused by external issue?

Any tips welcome.
